400 g tofu
200 g beef
2 dried red chilies
1/2 onion
1 leek
100 g garlic shoots

Seasoning Tubu Jorim
1/5 teaspoon pepper
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
10 g leek
1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
10 g garlic

Ingredients Sauce
6 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 1/2 tbsp starch syrup
1 cup water
1 1/2 tablespoons red chili powder
1 1/2 tbsp garlic
1/2 tbsp Gochujang
1 1/2 tbsp onion
1 1/2 tbsp chives

How to Make the Sedap Jorim Dubu and Delicious
  1. The first step is, minced beef that you prepare. And season by using spices that have been determined. Stir until smooth beef.
  2. Cut the tofu into four parts, with a size of about 5x5x3 cm. Punch a hole through the middle that have been cut out of this, then sprinkle with using corn starch.
  3. Cut the dried red chili rounded form with a thickness of about 0.5 cm, cut the onion with a size of 1 cm, cut the garlic shoots well with the size of 5 cm. Round cut chives with a thickness of 0.5 cm.
  4. Combine all ingredients for the sauce. Stir until all ingredients are completely mixed.
  5. Put your meat that has been minced and season earlier into the holes in the know
  6. Prepare a pot to be used for cooking. Then save the already filled out this meat in the pan, pour the sauce that you have created, then cook with low heat for approximately 5 minutes.
  7. Put dried red chili peppers, leeks, and garlic shoots. Cook for 5 minutes or until cooked. If it had been cooked lift and serve.

Dubu jorim ready to be enjoyed. If you want more delicious, you can eat when in hot conditions. Eat well along with other typical Korean food to make it more complete.
