Korean Egg Roll / 계란말이 / Gyenamari



Ingredients :
5 eggs
1/4 cup carrots, chopped
1/4 cup green onions, sliced
1 tablespoon water
1/4 tsp vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
Coconut oil

How to make :
  1. Add the eggs, water and salt in a bowl. Beat well. Then pour the egg mixture into different bowls by using a sieve.
  2. Enter the carrots, onions, leeks, and vinegar into the egg mixture. Stir until mixed until blended.
  3. Heat the pan and spread with coconut oil.
  4. Pour half a ladle batter into skillet eggs, flatten up the round. Cook eggs until half cooked. Roll one side of the egg, rubbing the frying pan that is not covered dough. Pour the batter again omelette to the side that is not rolled omelette and cook until half cooked. Repeat until the dough runs out.
  5. Roll up all the pieces. Lift. Cut the dough roll the eggs when they are cold in order to perfect shape.
